PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
MB Core Service Teamlead.

The role is to provide augmentation to an onshore Middleware team. This role covers a range of technologies and activities including:-

• Dealing with complex production issues.

• Supporting Development teams, Dealing with complex issue

• Production and development message broker deploys.

• Dealing with complex production and support issues through IBM suport

• Performing route cause analysis.
Skills Administrator

- Solid knowledge of MB Concepts, Including interfaces & Security.

- Proven experience of dealing with complex issues.

- Proven ability in liaising with other teams

- Fully competent in MB Deploys

- Ability to work on own iniative.

- Plus-

- Experience with monitoring tools such as Tivoli Omegamon a plus

- OS knowledge --- Wintel/Unix Administration skills

MB Certification.
