Job Description

· Drives Key Account Strategies. Conducts opportunity assessment for new and existing accounts and defines overall account strategy, developing high level relationships with clients and develops action driven Key Account Plans

.· Designs solutions and negotiates contracts. Develops deep understanding of client processes and needs, finds new ways of adding value to accounts, proactively working with clients in defining tender specifications and negotiates “win-win” contracts.

· Manages contract renewal process in a timely manner. Regularly reviews accounts to ensure compliance with SOP’s and acceptable Terms and Conditions.

· Develops and maintains strong internal relationships within Key Accounts facilitating entrenched multi-level representations by the company, organising quarterly business reviews with senior level contacts and frequent monthly meetings with tactical client contacts.
