Desired Candidate Profile


•Ideal candidate shall be B.Sc / B. Pharma with MBA having 3-7 years of similar experience in any pharma company of repute. Should have preferably 2 yrs of field sales experience & 1-4 yrs of brand management experience.



•Should have experience in Ortho, Gynae, Anti-infective, GI, Pain Management, & Neutraceuticals segments.


• Should have experience in conducting training programs for field force.

• Relationship management.


• Positive attitude, good communication & PR skills.


• Confident in interacting with the medical fraternity for their views on the drugs.

• Willing to travel for conducting training programmes and joint field working.

Job Description

*Building brand focus & improve market share of his products by effective communication strategy for creating differentiated perception.


* Articulate the strategy and marketing plan for the brand to reproduce it in the communication medium (visual aid, inputs, literature etc) to build the brand recall in the customers.


*Constantly take feedback on market intelligence from sales management team about the brand movements and competitor activities.


*Ensure smooth operations of marketing deliverables like visual aid, agreed inputs, literature and cycle meets etc to field sales.


*Coordinate with packaging and development to come up with different looks for the product to make it more saleable.


*Analyze the brand performance and interpretation of the same to the field sales for better planning and sharpened focus.

* Provide answers to any molecule / brand / product-based queries to customers / field force.


*Monitor ROI on CRM inputs.


*Coordinate for primary Market research for all the new product ideation for achieving clarity in the right patient segment, right launch volume and right price.


*Train the field on new product launch activities and doctor communication for the new product


*First time target setting for new product based on the market research findings.


*Involve in the annual budgeting with a constant focus to move up the ladder in the brand leadership.


*Set objective for next year based on the learning from the market intelligence and performance in all the brands


*Regular field work to understand customers
