Job Description Participate in Service efficiency programs as Automation, defect prevention, human error reductions
Guide and lead the service line with best practice solutions and service improvements,

Desired Candidate Profile • Hands on L4-L5 experience with WebSphere ND
• Proven experience in supporting large scale WebSphere infrastructures with multiple middleware products
• Experience and understanding of integrations websphere with MQ/DB2/Oracle
• Experience in supporting WebSphere on AIX or other UNIX flavors
• Knowledge on Perl / Unix shell and wsadmin based scripting
• Experience in architecting / designing high available WebSphere infrastructure
• Knowledge of WebSphere Security Framework
• Experience in WebSphere performance monitoring / tuning and optimization/capacity planning
• Knowledge of Java/J2EE with some development experience
