Job Description - Keep up to date with current recruitment trends and competitive job market information and ensure that the company’s recruitment process is benchmarked with them.
- Develop, recommend and implement recruitment policies and procedures that in line with the best practices.
- Create continuous awareness about the employer brand to attract talent from the market and from campuses.
- Work on creative/unconventional solutions to recruitment, especially for niche positions.
- Work as HR business partner with function heads to assess recruiting needs and develop recruitment strategies for the positions.
- Advise line managers on preparation and modifications of job descriptions and specification to deploy right talent from both internal and external sources.
- Study, devise and impl! ement effective selection processes.
- Provide professional support and advice on recruitment to function heads and line managers.
- Train line managers in interviewing techniques.
- Lead the recruitment team to carry out all recruitment operations and activities such maintenance of recruitment statistics
- Oversee the Career Section of website.
- Build and manage relationships with all recruitment agencies including the negotiation of contract terms, regular communication regarding hiring priorities and the gathering of competitive industry information.
- Manage campus recruitment program and campus branding strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile Ideal candidate will be an MBA from premium institute with 6-10 yrs of experience and who has handled recruitment across functions with special emphasis on manufacturing and technical hiring. |
