Job Description - Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources to source and screen candidates through various mechanisms (direct, internet, referrals, research, relationships, etc.).
- Experience in developing strong working relationships with hiring managers (or Client HR SPOC) to extract detailed requirements and create a partnership for success, results and credibility.
- · Conduct extensive HR interviews and assess candidates at leadership and senior Management levels
- Develope databases through searches and mapping of various organizations and functions in the same
- Develope key clients and build strong client relationships for the firm
- · Get involved in Business Development & Management of Key Account and client relationships
- · Interviewing candida! tes for Senior & Top Management positions in companies for fist level screening and short-listing.
