| Job Description | a. Supervision of site construction activities. b. Material Inventory Management. c. Responsible for certification of progress reports by Site Consultant/Client. d. Problem solving and providing solution during construction. e. Handle all documentation related to construction. f. Testing and commissioning of transmission Lines, protection system, scada, FOTC and Power Equipments, at site. g. Survey of transmission Lines and sub-station. h. Liaison with consultant and client and sub-contractors. i. Preparation of cash flow for site requirement. j. Well conversed with costing of sub-station & line, vis a vis design of towers etc. k. Commercial analysis of work progress, payment follow up with client, other commercial activities etc. l. Get the approval of work by Site consultant/Client. m. Handing over of completed work to client thereby taking final Taking over Certificate from Client. n. Preparation of As-Built drawings after completion of construction work. o. Getting all necessary approval from client related to construction field such as Right of Way etc. |
