Job Description

1) Receiving orders from customers

2) Generating bills from Tally software and supply of X-ray films to customers. The supply will be made by dispatch boys

3) Filing of receipt copy of the bills

4) Record Maintainence

5) Payment Followup with customers

6) Banking transactions- deposit of customer cheques.
7) Updating account entries in tally software with respect to banking transactions, ledger transactions, expenses
8) Calculation of VAT
9) Coordination with CA for making of balance sheets, payment of VAT, auditing etc.

10) Managing Dispatch boys

11) Office Administrative work
