Job Description 1. Preparing of payments for new project.
2. Preparation of Budget for Capital & Operational Expenses.
3. Preparation of Business Module for Projected Profit & Loss & Projected sales to arrive at BEP for new location.
4. Sending fund for project by details statement of funds required with bifurcation and justification to ensure smooth Fund Flow at all stages during Project period.
5. Checking of vendor details such as Name, Address, statutory information etc.
6. Receiving Vendor bills along with proof of delivery at site.
7. Making payments within Budgets as per Purchase Order, taking approvals for payments above budget.
8. Co-ordination with Suppliers, Project Manager, Purchase manager during Project period.
9. Preparation of IOU’s for as and when required and accounting for expenses to settle the same.
10. Ensuring Statutory deductions while making payments
11. Accounting for Project Bills after taking necessary approvals.
12. Making final payment for Project bills.
13. Preparation of final Budget v/s. Actual Expense statement for projects.
14. Coordinating and providing required Project related information to various department
