Job Description • Maintenance of LCs, & BG (Running & Expired) Register and feeding in Oracle system.
• Vetting of BG text & follow up with banks in respect of BG.
• Preparation of BRS.
• Accounting Details of Hydril as required by Income Tax Dept.
• Coordination with Plant Accounts & other dept at HO for Hydril.
• Calculation & Checking of Cash Credit Interest on company.
• Preparation of Vouchers pertaining to Bank Charges of LCs, & Import Remittances in Oracle.
• LC Confirmation work of company & Export Document checking.
• Documentation of A/c opening/KYC/ Limit Execution of group companies.
• Laisioning with banks for daily operation work.Checking for outward import remittance (Under LC & Non-LC)
