We are scouting for resources for the following skill sets. F2F Interviews will be conducted in Kolkata and telephonic across locations.

 

Looking for a dynamic and technology savvy Senior Business Development Manager, who will be based Kolkata, India. Candidate should have experience in IT, Software, BPO sales in the US & India. This is an opportunity to work with the market leader and to apply your experience and skills to build your success story.

 

The BDM is a consultative professional who can ask the right questions to the client to align the key requirements and to build credibility and follows up by proposing the perfect solution. The BDM is an advisor to the client and is the face of the Company.

 

To succeed in this position you will be a senior-level IT Consulting Executive with entrepreneurial and hunter as well as farmer skills to support our growing needs. You are a confident, self-starter with Executive presence who is comfortable dealing with the CXO level with a strong background in IT industry. You are also a team player with a track record of consistent achievement.

Desired Candidate Profile

To be considered, you MUST have the following proven skills/abilities:

Must have at least 7 - 10 years experience in IT / BPO Sales and Business Development.

New Business Development, Account Management experience required. Primary responsibility will be to open new accounts/generate new business.

Strengthen and grow existing relationships , ensuring stability of the existing book of business

Executive presence and comfortable dealing with CXO level

Preferably MBA background

Location of Work: Kolkata, India

 

Sales person who will get small project orders. Must have existing contacts with business partners abroad and get orders from the domestic market also. MUST have clients in hand. Independent and result oriented.
