Job Description
- Designing Database and Interface for applications on different technology such as .Net, Java
- Database programming and developing procedure in Oracle / SQL Server environment
- Designing and developing process/procedure for database migration
- Performing other DBA work such as sizing, back/recovery policy design and implementation, upgrades, installation and integrity/security maintenance
- Data modeling using ERD and maintaining data dictionary/metadata
- Working closely with Project managers, database programmers and web developers and providing database related support for 'legacy' as well as new systems.
- Performing health check and initiating necessary action to keep database in good health
- Performance tuning
- Maintaining data standards, including adherence to the Data Protection Act;
