To Act as an authorised officer under the provisions of SARFAESI Act.
Handling court cases such as O.A. or S.A. (DRT)/Civil Suits/ Criminal Cases.
Ensure timely completion of Sarfaesi reference, possession, NI act, criminal actions, arbitration.
