Securitization Accounting- Manager

Job Description	Securitization Accounting- Manager The Securitization Accounting & Servicing organization is responsible for all aspects of asset-backed securitization (ABS) investor servicing (monthly servicing reports, monthly disbursements to investors and daily cash deposits into trustee accounts). The accounting team is responsible for recording transaction activity to remove the assets and record gain on sale for off-balance sheet structures or record the proceeds and corresponding debt for secured borrowings. Additionally, the accounting team records monthly interest accruals, principal distributions and reconciles all account balances related to securitization activity.  Location- Delhi IT Park (Near Shashtri Park Metro Station) Shift Timings- 2pm-2am, 9hour shift,  stretch as per business requirement,5 day working
Desired Profile	Should have good experience in Securitization Accounting Should have good accounting fundamentals, Treasury Management, Investment banking, Portfolio management. Loan Securitization. Required Skills:  Strong Accounting Skills Strong Analytical skills Good Communication Skills
