The candidate will be expected to have all the necessary knowledge and hands-on experience to lead operations and professionally represent our company with the highest standard. More specifically the responsibilities of the role include but not limited to: - Put the customer FIRST.
- Design cost effective drilling and completion fluid programs for oil and gas wells through laboratory testing
- Monitor the field applications and provide troubleshooting to field problems in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop product specifications and laboratory test procedures for drilling fluid chem! icals and additives.
- Introduce new technologies in drilling and completion fluids
- Work closely with proponents, communicate effectively with field personnel, get involved in multi-disciplinary technical study teams, and lead incident investigation teams
- Work on the quality assurance program for mud additives
- Leading and coordinating activities of team members consisting of engineers, and other technicians.
- Control and optimize operations costs
- Provide proper training for development of trainee mud engineers
- Ensure management system be developed and implemented fulfilling policies
- Support representative management system
- Working with department HSEQ in identifying, planning assessment and control risks each worksites
- Establish and maintain cooperative and effective communication regarding health affairs, security and environment
- Help ! Q'Max retain and build quality customer base in India.
Re muneration will be base plus day rate of 300-500 USD OR Day rate only.
