• Understanding the need and designing the promotional campaigns.

• Achievement of team and individual sales target for the region through acquiring new clients and ensuring continuous business from existing clients.

• Getting quotations from retail stores and making comparison statement and negotiations.

• Getting effective channel of stores to meet short and long term goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

• The candidate should preferably be PGDBM / MBA or Graduate with about 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in modern trade and institutional sales.

• Person should have a strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to motivate and manage sales team.

• Should be well networked and have dealt successfully with institutional heads.
