Job Description We are looking for Help desk technical engineer who will be interested to work on B2B project based support for Gurgoan Location.
Required Good comunication skills and 6 months experience on Technical support.
Desired Profile We are hiring resources for Helpdesk - Analyst/Sr Analyst.
Exp: 06 months – 2 yrs. (Fresher’s/ Undergraduates are not allowed)
Job Profile:


Level-1 Technical Support to HCL's business clients. He / She will be responsible to provide voice support to the clients and provide online technical resolution. Incumbent should open for 24X7 operations

Skill Requirements:

Basic technical knowledge of PCs

Basic Knowledge of MS Outlook troubleshooting, Internet and Networking

Basic technical knowledge of Operating systems like Windows XP

Good verbal and written communication skills

Willing to work for 24* 7 shifts
