Job Description



This position will provide guidance to following functions in consultation with VP – Corporate Affairs.



CORPORATE STRATEGY

• Developing Long-Term & Mid – Term Business Plan, formulating strategy to achieve the plan, supporting business development, Identify strategic opportunities for M&A and future business growth & trends.

• Formulating strategic action plans to accomplish the vision and aligning each functions activity with corporate objectives Participating in performance review of business/corporate functions to ensure alignment of performance with strategy and plans.

• Translating strategic goals into tactical actions with Strategy Map and measure performance by developing & monitoring the Balance Scorecard. Provide Thought Leadership & Decision making support and strategic perspective to the Senior Management on relevant challenges..

• Analysing of the macro-economic, industry data & trends, market size & structure and competitor benchmarks; and developing the Marketing Strategy.

• Developing marketing strategy to acquire new markets, customers and penetrate new market segments; participate in Industry meets, public speaking, developing point-of-view, and monitoring of market intelligence.



MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS

• To coordinate, understand Group and board’s directive and implement in company’s operation. The key responsibility will be Handle all Mergers and Acquisitions for ensuring organic and inorganic growth.

• Diversification and de-risking of business model.

• Competition analysis & benchmarking, merger & acquisitions, valuation, due diligence, process review, business risk analysis & mitigation plans, analysis of regulatory environment and framework, management oversight and reporting.
 




KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT

• Key focus is on conceptualizing and setting up a Knowledge Management System. A key challenge is to coordinate and conduct Knowledge Projects (at the Field and Office). Heading the Documentation, Testing & Validation Module at the Corporate Office.

• Designed and rolled out Knowledge Management framework to capture tacit knowledge from projects.
