| Job Description | - You will make sure that the management of our Customer Center receives high quality analyses and management reports with accurate business and financial information. - You will provide early warning signals, analyze deviations and develop and implement actions to support the operational goals and targets. -You will be part of the Business Control Team and contribute to state-of-the art business control and reporting standards. -You will work in a proactive way and closely monitor the company performance. -You will have the responsibility for credit control and customer finance. These functions will report to you. You will report to the Compressor Technique Business Controller and support the General Manager and the management team. |
| Desired Profile | -We are looking for high potential candidate with solid experience (> 7 years) in Finance and/or Business Control. - Successful experience in people and project management required. - Exposure to different cultures is a distinct plus. - The successful candidate will be able to work both independently and in a team. - He/she is able to manage a very heavy workload, and has excellent communication skills. -The candidate will have a strong personal drive to contribute to the Company’s growth strategy. |
